The older daughter, Kourtney whom is thirty, has got chest enhancement implants and has been very open regarding that, it's unlikely that any of the other Kardashian girls have had any type of changes done under a blade.
Any time Kim was questioned about the prominent cleavage of hers she said, "Trust me honey," she jokes. "if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done." It seems that people cannot accept the inescapable fact that the unique great beauty that Kim has been endowed with is all hers.
Kim once made the decision to get her nose area done, but when the plastic operating specialist showed her pics of what she would start looking like, it transformed her appearance too significantly. "It did not look like me" Kim says, so she made a decision against the course of action.
